Divine Decree concerning the South Land: Speech Six of Seven

under the BANNER of Yahweh, He speaks to this nation in the south land. A Divine Decree to follow after the slaying of the deceitful, the liars, the wrong doers and the wicked, who are even now among His people in the south and also scattered around the globe. SPEECH SIX of SEVEN: 

Isaiah 42:1-25

[1]  “See, My Servant whom I uphold, My Chosen One My being has delighted in! I have put My Spirit upon Him; He brings forth right-ruling to the nations.

[2]  “He does not cry out, nor lifts up His voice, nor causes His voice to be heard in the street.

[3]  “A crushed reed He does not break, and smoking flax He does not quench. He brings forth right-ruling in accordance with truth.

[4]  “He does not become weak or crushed, until He has established right-ruling in the earth. And the coastlands wait for His Torah.”

[5]  Thus said the Ěl, יהוה, who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread forth the earth and that which comes from it, who gives breath to the people on it, and spirit to those who walk on it:

[6]  “I, יהוה, have called You in righteousness, and I take hold of Your hand and guard You, and give You for a covenant to a people, for a light to the gentiles,

[7]  to open blind eyes, to bring out prisoners from the prison, those who sit in darkness from the prison house.

[8]  “I am יהוה, that is My Name, and My esteem I do not give to another, nor My praise to idols.

[9]  “See, the former predictions have come, and new ones I am declaring; before they spring forth I let you hear them.”

[10]  Sing to יהוה a new song; His praise from the ends of the earth, you who go down to the sea, and all that is in it, you coastlands and you inhabitants of them!

[11]  Let the wilderness and its cities lift up their voice, the villages where Qĕḏar dwells. Let the inhabitants of Sela sing, let them shout from the top of the mountains.

[12]  Let them give esteem to יהוה, and declare His praise in the coastlands.

[13]  יהוה goes forth like a mighty man. He stirs up ardour like a fighter. He cries out, yea, shout aloud. Over His enemies He shows Himself mighty.

[14]  “I have kept silent from of old, I have been still and held Myself back. Like a woman in labour I now cry out, I pant and gasp at once.

[15]  “I lay waste mountains and hills, and I dry up all their plants. And I shall make rivers become coastlands, and I dry up pools.

[16]  “And I shall lead the blind by a way they have not known – in paths they have not known I lead them. I make darkness light before them, and crooked places straight. These matters I shall do for them, and I shall not forsake them.

[17]  “Those who trust in idols, who say to the moulded images, ‘You are our mighty ones,’ shall be turned back, utterly ashamed.

[18]  “Hear, you deaf! And look, you blind, and see.

[19]  “Who is blind but My servant, or deaf as My messenger whom I send? Who is blind as he who is at peace, and blind as servant of יהוה?

[20]  “You see much, but do not observe; ears are open, but do not hear.”

[21]  It has delighted יהוה, for the sake of His righteousness, to make the Torah great and esteemed.

[22]  But this is a people robbed and plundered, all of them are snared in holes, and they are hidden in prison houses. They have become a prey, with no one to deliver – for plunder, and no one to say, “Restore!”

[23]  Who among you gives ear to this, pays attention and hears for the time to come?

[24]  Who gave Yaʽaqoḇ for plunder, and Yisra’ĕl to the robbers? Was it not יהוה, He against whom we sinned? For they would not walk in His ways, and they did not obey His Torah!

[25]  So He has poured on him His burning displeasure and the strength of battle, and it set him on fire all around, yet he did not understand. And it burned against him, yet he did not take it to heart!

Jeremiah 42:1-22

[1]  Then all the commanders of the army, and Yoḥanan son of Qarĕaḥ, and Yezanyah son of Hoshayah, and all the people, from the least to the greatest, came near

[2]  and said to Yirmeyahu the prophet, “We beg you, let our petition be acceptable to you, and pray for us to יהוה your Elohim, for all this remnant, for we are few left of many, as your eyes see us.

[3]  “And let יהוה your Elohim show us the way in which we should walk and the word we should do.”

[4]  And Yirmeyahu the prophet said to them, “I have heard. See, I am praying to יהוה your Elohim according to your words, and it shall be that I declare to you all the word יהוה answers you. I withhold not a word from you.”

[5]  And they said to Yirmeyahu, “Let יהוה be a true and steadfast witness between us, if we do not do according to all the word which יהוה your Elohim sends us by you.

[6]  “Whether good or evil, let us obey the voice of יהוה our Elohim to whom we send you, in order that it might be well with us when we obey the voice of יהוה our Elohim.”

[7]  And after ten days it came to be that the word of יהוה came to Yirmeyahu.

[8]  So he called Yoḥanan son of Qarĕaḥ, and all the commanders of the army which were with him, and all the people from the least even to the greatest,

[9]  and said to them, “Thus said יהוה, the Elohim of Yisra’ĕl, to whom you sent me to present your petition before Him,

[10]  ‘If you would indeed stay in this land, then I shall build you and not pull you down, and I shall plant you and not pluck you up. For I have relented of the evil I have done to you.

[11]  ‘Do not be afraid of the sovereign of Baḇel, of whom you are afraid. Do not be afraid of him,’ declares יהוה, ‘for I am with you, to save you and deliver you from his hand.

[12]  ‘And I shall show you compassion, so that he has compassion on you and let you return to your own land.’

[13]  “But if you say, ‘We are not staying in this land,’ and so disobey the voice of יהוה your Elohim,

[14]  saying, ‘No, but we are going to the land of Mitsrayim so that we see no fighting, nor hear the sound of the ram’s horn, nor hunger for bread, and there we shall stay,’

[15]  then hear the word of יהוה, O remnant of Yehuḏah! Thus said יהוה of hosts, the Elohim of Yisra’ĕl, ‘If you indeed set your faces to enter Mitsrayim, and shall go to sojourn there,

[16]  then it shall be that the sword which you feared overtakes you there in the land of Mitsrayim, and the scarcity of food of which you were afraid clings to you there in Mitsrayim, and you die there.

[17]  ‘And so it shall be with all the men who set their faces to go to Mitsrayim to sojourn there: they shall die by the sword, by scarcity of food, and by pestilence, and not one of them shall survive or escape from the evil I am bringing upon them.’

[18]  “For thus said יהוה of hosts, the Elohim of Yisra’ĕl, ‘As My displeasure and My wrath have been poured out on the inhabitants of Yerushalayim, so shall My wrath be poured out on you when you enter Mitsrayim. And you shall be an oath, and an astonishment, and a curse, and a reproach, and you shall see this place no more.’

[19]  “יהוה has spoken about you, O remnant of Yehuḏah, ‘Do not go to Mitsrayim!’ Know for certain that I have warned you this day.

[20]  “For you deceived yourselves when you sent me to יהוה your Elohim, saying, ‘Pray for us to יהוה our Elohim, and according to all that יהוה your Elohim says, so declare to us and we shall do it.’

[21]  “So I have declared it to you today, but you have not obeyed the voice of יהוה your Elohim in all which He has sent me to you.

[22]  “And now, know for certain that you shall die by the sword, by scarcity of food, and by pestilence in the place where you have desired to go to sojourn.”

Ephesians 4:13-24

[13]  until we all come to the unity of the belief and of the knowledge of the Son of Elohim, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the completeness of Messiah,

[14]  so that we should no longer be children, tossed and borne about by every wind of teaching, by the trickery of men, in cleverness, unto the craftiness of leading astray,¹ Footnote: ¹5:6, also 2 Cor. 10:5, 2 Cor. 11:3-14, Gal. 1:6-9, 2 Tim. 3:1-8, 2 Tim. 4:2-4, 2 Peter 2:2-22, Jud. vv. 10-19.

[15]  but, maintaining the truth in love, we grow up in all respects into Him who is the head, Messiah,

[16]  from whom the entire body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the working by which each part does its share, causes growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.

[17]  So this I say, and witness in the Master, that you should no longer walk as the gentiles walk,¹ in the futility of their mind, Footnote: ¹1 Cor. 12:2, and Jer. 10:2.

[18]  having been darkened in their understanding, having been estranged from the life of Elohim, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardness of their heart,

[19]  who, having become callous, have given themselves up to indecency, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

[20]  But you have not so learned Messiah,

[21]  if indeed you have heard Him and were taught by Him, as truth is in יהושע:

[22]  that you put off – with regard to your former way of life – the old man, being corrupted according to the desires of the deceit,

[23]  and to be renewed in the spirit of your mind,

[24]  and that you put on the renewed man¹ which was created according to Elohim, in righteousness and set-apartness of the truth. Footnote: ¹Rom. 8:1.

Efésiërs 4:13-24

[13]  totdat ons almal kom tot die eenheid van die geloof en van die kennis van die Seun van Elohym, tot ‘n volwasse man, tot die mate van die volle grootte van Messías;

[14]  sodat ons nie meer kinders sou wees nie wat soos golwe geslinger en heen en weer gedryf word deur elke wind van lering, deur die bedrieëry van die mense, deur sluheid om listiglik tot dwaling te bring;

[15]  maar, terwyl ons in liefde die waarheid betrag, in alles sou opgroei in Hom wat die Hoof is, naamlik Messías,

[16]  uit wie die hele liggaam—goed saamgevoeg en saamverbind deur die ondersteuning wat elke lid gee volgens die werking van elke afsonderlike deel in sy mate—die groei van die liggaam bevorder vir sy eie opbouing in liefde.

[17]  Dit sê en betuig ek dan in Jahweh, dat julle nie meer moet wandel soos die ander heidene ook wandel in die verdwaasdheid van hulle gemoed nie—

[18]  mense wat verduisterd is in die verstand en vervreemd van die lewe van Elohym deur die onkunde wat in hulle is vanweë die verharding van hulle hart;

[19]  wat ongevoelig geword het en hulle oorgegee het aan die ongebondenheid om in hebsug allerhande onreinheid te bedrywe.

[20]  Maar julle het Messías nie so leer ken nie,

[21]  as julle ten minste van Hom gehoor het en in Hom onderrig is soos die waarheid is in Jahwehshua:

[22]  dat julle, wat die vorige lewenswandel betref die oue mens moet aflê wat deur die begeerlikhede van die verleiding te gronde gaan,

[23]  en dat julle vernuwe moet word in die gees van julle gemoed

[24]  en julle met die nuwe mens moet beklee wat na Elohym geskape is in ware geregtigheid en heiligheid.

[4]  Want die woord van Jahweh is reg, en al sy werk is met trou.

[5]  Hy het geregtigheid en reg lief; die aarde is vol van die goedertierenheid van Jahweh.

[6]  Deur die Woord van Jahweh  is die hemele gemaak en deur die Gees van sy mond hulle hele leër.

[8]  Laat die hele aarde vir Jahweh vrees; laat al die bewoners van die wêreld vir Hom bedug wees;

[11]  Die raad van Jahweh bestaan vir ewig, die gedagtes van sy hart van geslag tot geslag.

[12]  Welgeluksalig is die nasie wie se Elohym Jahweh is, die volk wat Hy vir Hom as erfdeel uitgekies het.

[13]  Jahweh kyk van die hemel af; Hy sien al die mensekinders.

[14]  Uit sy woonplek aanskou Hy al die bewoners van die aarde,

[15]  Hy wat die hart van hulle almal formeer, wat let op al hul werke.

[16]  ‘n Koning word nie verlos deur ‘n groot leër, ‘n held nie gered deur groot krag nie.

[17]  Die perd help niks vir die oorwinning en red nie deur sy groot krag nie.

[18]  Kyk, die oog van Jahweh is op die wat Hom vrees, op die wat op sy goedertierenheid wag;

Psalms 33:1-22

[1]  Shout for joy in יהוה, you righteous! Praise is fitting for the straight!

[2]  Praise יהוה with the lyre; Sing to Him with an instrument of ten strings.

[3]  Sing to Him a new song; Play sweetly with a shout of joy.

[4]  For the Word of יהוה is straight, And all His works are in truth,

[5]  Loving righteousness and right-ruling; The earth is filled with the kindness of יהוה.

[6]  By the Word¹ of יהוה the heavens were made, And all their host by the Spirit¹ of His mouth, Footnote: ¹“The Word” and “the Spirit” are unanimous, with one accord.

[7]  Gathering the waters of the sea together as a heap; Laying up the deep in storehouses.

[8]  Let all the earth fear יהוה; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.

[9]  For He spoke, and it came to be; He commanded, and it stood fast.

[10]  יהוה brings the counsel of the nations to naught; He thwarts the plans of the peoples.

[11]  The counsel of יהוה stands forever, The plans of His heart to all generations.

[12]  Blessed is the nation whose Elohim is יהוה, The people whom He has chosen as His own inheritance.

[13]  יהוה has looked from the heavens; He has seen all the sons of men.

[14]  He looked from His dwelling place On all the inhabitants of the earth –

[15]  He who fashions the hearts of them all, He who understands all their works.

[16]  The sovereign is not saved by the multitude of an army; A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.

[17]  A horse is a vain means of safety; Neither does it rescue any by its great power.

[18]  See, the eye of יהוה is on those fearing Him, On those waiting for His kindness,

[19]  To deliver their being from death, And to keep them alive during scarcity of food.

[20]  Our being has longed for יהוה; Our help and our shield is He.

[21]  For our heart does rejoice in Him, For we have put our trust in His set-apart Name.

[22]  Let Your kindness, O יהוה, be upon us, Even as we wait for You.

the seventh bowl on the air  

And the earth turned grey
sea turned black
The rivers turned red
The sun turned cold
The beast turned pale
The stars turned fast
The air turned to poison 

Isaiah 34:1-17

[1]  Come near, you gentiles, to hear. And listen, you people! Let the earth hear, and all that is in it, the world and all its offspring.

[2]  For the displeasure of יהוה is against all the gentiles¹, and His wrath against all their divisions. He shall put them under the ban, He shall give them over to the slaughter, Footnote: ¹See footnote Jer. 30:11.

[3]  and their slain be thrown out, and their stench rise from their corpses. And mountains shall be melted with their blood.

[4]  And all the host of the heavens shall rot away. And the heavens shall be rolled up like a scroll, and all their host fade like a leaf fading on the vine, and like the fading one of a fig tree.

[5]  “For My sword shall be drenched in the heavens. Look, it comes down on Eḏom, and on the people of My curse, for judgment.

[6]  “The sword of יהוה shall be filled with blood, it shall be made overflowing with fatness, and with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams. For יהוה has a slaughtering in Botsrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Eḏom.

[7]  “And wild oxen shall come down with them, and young bulls with bulls. And their land shall be drenched with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness.”

[8]  For it is the day of the vengeance of יהוה, the year of recompense for the cause of Tsiyon.

[9]  And its streams shall be turned into tar, and its dust into sulphur, and its land shall become burning tar,

[10]  that is not quenched night or day, its smoke going up forever. From generation to generation it lies waste, no one passes through it forever and ever,

[11]  so that the pelican and the porcupine possess it, also the owl and the raven dwell in it. And He shall stretch out over it the line of formlessness and stones of emptiness.

[12]  Its caves, with no one in them, is called a reign, but all its rulers have vanished.

[13]  And thorns shall come up in its palaces, nettles and brambles in its strongholds. And it shall be a home for jackals, a courtyard for ostriches.

[14]  And the wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the jackals, and the shaggy goat call to its companion. The night creature shall also settle there, and shall find for herself a place of rest.

[15]  The arrow snake shall nest there, and lay eggs and hatch, and gather them under her shadow. There too the vultures shall gather, each with its mate.

[16]  Search from the book of יהוה, and read: not one of these shall be missing, not one shall be without a mate, for He has commanded my mouth. And His Spirit shall gather them.

[17]  And He shall cast the lot for them, and His hand shall divide it among them with a measuring line – they possess it forever, from generation to generation they dwell in it.

Bemoediging | Encouragement

so i asked Elohim if there is a message for the people and Elohim answers: "For the ones who have not departed from Me, I have a Message and for them a Promise, to strengthen the weak limbs and heart and to give joy to the forsaken, that they may know that they are My people. For just a little while and I will make Myself known to the lost, weary and the distressed. These are they who have kept themselves apart for My sake and who have not defiled themselves with the words of the world."

Jesaja 50:1-11

[1]  So sê Jahweh: Waar is tog die skeibrief van julle moeder waarmee Ek haar verstoot het? Of wie is daar van my skuldeisers aan wie Ek julle verkoop het? Kyk, weens jul ongeregtighede is julle verkoop, en weens jul oortredinge is julle moeder verstoot.

[2]  Waarom het Ek gekom en daar was niemand nie, het Ek geroep en niemand geantwoord nie? Is my hand werklik te kort om te verlos, of is daar in my geen krag om uit te red nie? Kyk, deur my dreiging maak Ek die see droog; Ek maak die riviere tot ‘n woestyn, sodat hulle visse stink, omdat daar geen water is nie, en hulle sterwe van dors.

[3]  Ek beklee die hemel met swartheid en bedek dit met ‘n roukleed.

[4]  Jahweh het My ‘n geoefende tong gegee, dat Ek kan weet om die vermoeide te verkwik met woorde; Hy wek elke môre, Hy wek my oor om te hoor soos die leerlinge.

[5]  Jahweh het my oor geopen, en Ek was nie wederstrewig nie; Ek het nie agteruitgewyk nie.

[6]  Ek het my rug gegee vir die wat slaan, en my wange vir die wat die hare uitpluk; my aangesig het Ek nie verberg vir smaadhede en bespuwing nie.

[7]  Maar Jahweh help My; daarom kom Ek nie in die skande nie; daarom het Ek my aangesig gemaak soos ‘n keisteen, en Ek weet dat Ek nie beskaamd sal staan nie.

[8]  Hy is naby wat My reg verskaf. Wie wil met My ‘n regsaak begin? —laat ons saam optree! Wie is my teëparty? —laat hom nader kom na My toe!

[9]  Kyk, Jahweh help My: wie is dit wat My kan veroordeel? Kyk, hulle sal almal verslyt soos ‘n kleed; die mot sal hulle eet.

[10]  Wie is daar onder julle wat Jahweh vrees, wat na die stem van sy Kneg luister, wat in duisternisse wandel en geen ligstraal sien nie? —laat hy vertrou op die Naam van Jahweh en steun op sy God!

[11]  Kyk, julle almal wat ‘n vuur aansteek, wat julle met vuurpyle omgord—wandel in die vlam van julle vuur en onder die vuurpyle wat julle aangesteek het! Van my hand het dit julle oorgekom; in smart sal julle neerlê.

Isaiah 50:1-11

[1]  Thus says יהוה, “Where is the certificate of your mother’s divorce, whom I have put away? Or which of My creditors is it to whom I have sold you? Look, you were sold for your crookednesses, and your mother was put away for your transgressions.

[2]  “When I came, why was there no one? When I called, why was there no one to answer? Was My hand too short to redeem? Or have I no power to deliver? See, by My rebuke I dry up the sea, I make the rivers a wilderness; their fish stink for there is not water, and die of thirst.

[3]  “I clothe the heavens with darkness, and I make sackcloth their covering.”

[4]  The Master יהוה has given Me the tongue of taught ones, that I should know to help the weary with a word. He wakes Me morning by morning, he wakes My ear to hear as taught ones.

[5]  The Master יהוה has opened My ear, and I was not rebellious, nor did I turn away.

[6]  I gave My back to those who struck Me, and My cheeks to those who plucked out the beard, I did not hide My face from humiliation and spitting.

[7]  And the Master יהוה helps Me, therefore I shall not be humiliated. So I have set My face like a flint, and I know that I am not put to shame.

[8]  Near is He who declares Me right. Who would contend with Me? Let us stand together. Who is My adversary? Let him come near Me.

[9]  See, the Master יהוה helps Me. Who would declare Me wrong? See, all of them wear out like a garment, a moth eats them.

[10]  Who among you is fearing יהוה, obeying the voice of His Servant, that has walked in darkness and has no light? Let him trust in the Name of יהוה and lean upon his Elohim!

[11]  See, all you who light a fire, girding on burning arrows: walk in the light of your fire and in the burning arrows you have lit. From My hand you shall have this: you shall lie down in grief!
