Die Kaptein van YHWH se Leër | The Captain of YHWH's Army

Daniel 12:1, 10
[1]  “Now at that time Miḵa’ĕl shall stand up, the great head who is standing over the sons of your people. And there shall be a time of distress, such as never was since there was a nation, until that time. And at that time your people shall be delivered, every one who is found written in the book, […] “Many shall be cleansed and made white, and refined. But the wrong shall do wrong – and none of the wrong shall understand, but those who have insight shall understand.

Joshua 5:9-15
[9]  And יהוה said to Yehoshua, “Today I have rolled away the reproach of Mitsrayim from you.” So the name of the place is called Gilgal to this day.
[10]  And the children of Yisra’ĕl camped in Gilgal, and performed the Passover on the fourteenth day of the month at evening on the desert plains of Yeriḥo.
[11]  And they ate of the stored grain of the land on the morrow after the Passover, unleavened bread and roasted grain on this same day.
[12]  And the manna ceased on the day after they had eaten the stored grain of the land. And the children of Yisra’ĕl no longer had manna, but they ate the food of the land of Kenaʽan that year.
[13]  And it came to be, when Yehoshua was by Yeriḥo, that he lifted his eyes and looked and saw a Man standing opposite him with His sword drawn in His hand. And Yehoshua went to Him and said to Him, “Are You for us or for our adversaries?”
[14]  And He said, “No, for I have now come as Captain of the host of יהוה.” And Yehoshua fell on his face to the earth and did obeisance, and said to Him, “What is my Master saying to His servant?”
[15]  And the Captain of the host of יהוה said to Yehoshua, “Take your sandal off your foot, for the place where you stand is set-apart.” And Yehoshua did so.

Die Voorsiening | The Providence

Nehemiah 9:6-38
[6]  “You are יהוה, You alone. You have made the heavens, the heavens of the heavens, with all their host, the earth and all that are on it, the seas and all that are in them, and You give life to them all. And the host of the heavens are bowing themselves to You.
[7]  “You are יהוה, the Elohim who chose Aḇram, and brought him out of Ur of the Chaldees, and gave him the name of Aḇraham,
[8]  and found his heart trustworthy before You, and made a covenant with him to give the land of the Kenaʽanites, the Ḥittites, the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Yeḇusites, and the Girgashites – to give it to his seed. And You have established Your words, for You are righteous,
[9]  and saw the affliction of our fathers in Mitsrayim, and heard their cry by the Sea of Reeds,
[10]  and gave signs and wonders against Pharaoh, and against all his servants, and against all the people of his land. For You knew that they acted proudly against them. And You made a Name for Yourself, as it is this day.
[11]  “And You split the sea before them, and they passed over into the midst of the sea on the dry land. And their pursuers You threw into the deep as a stone into the mighty waters.
[12]  “And You led them by day with a cloudy column, and by night with a column of fire, to give them light in the way they were to go.
[13]  “And You came down on Mount Sinai, and spoke with them from the heavens, and gave them straight right-rulings and Torah of truth1, good laws and commands. Footnote: 1Traditionally rendered laws of truth, of which we also read in Mal. 2:6, while it is rendered in Rom. 2:20 as the truth in the law.
[14]  “And You made known to them Your set-apart Sabbath, and You commanded them commands and laws and Torot1 , by the hand of Mosheh Your servant. Footnote: 1Torot - plural of Torah - teaching.
[15]  “And You gave them bread from the heavens for their hunger, and brought them water out of the rock for their thirst, and said to them to go in to possess the land which You had sworn to give them.
[16]  “But they and our fathers acted proudly, and hardened their necks, and did not obey Your commands.
[17]  “And they refused to obey, and they remembered not Your wonders that You did among them, and hardened their necks, and in their rebellion they appointed a leader to return to their bondage. But You are a forgiving Eloah, showing favour, and compassionate, patient, and of great kindness, and did not forsake them.
[18]  “Even when they made a moulded calf for themselves, and said, ‘This is your mighty one that brought you up out of Mitsrayim,’ and worked great blasphemies,
[19]  yet You, in Your great compassion did not forsake them in the wilderness. The column of the cloud did not turn away from them by day to lead them on the way, nor the column of fire by night to give them light in the way they were to go.
[20]  “You also gave Your good Spirit to instruct them1, and did not withhold Your manna from their mouth, and gave them water for their thirst. Footnote: 1Prov. 1:23, Ezek. 36:27, Zech. 7:12.
[21]  “And for forty years You sustained them in the wilderness – they lacked not. Their garments did not wear out and their feet did not swell.
[22]  “And You gave them reigns and peoples, and apportioned them their lot. So they took possession of the land of Siḥon, and the land of the sovereign of Ḥeshbon, and the land of Oḡ sovereign of Bashan.
[23]  “And You increased their children as the stars of the heavens, and brought them into the land which You had said to their fathers to go in and possess.
[24]  “So the sons went in and possessed the land, and You humbled before them the people of the land, the Kenaʽanites, and gave them into their hands, with their sovereigns and the people of the land, to do with them as they desired.
[25]  “And they captured walled cities and a rich land, and possessed houses filled with all good, cisterns already dug, vineyards, and olive-trees, and fruit trees, in plenty. So they ate and were satisfied and grew fat, and delighted themselves in Your great goodness.
[26]  “But they became disobedient and rebelled against You, and cast Your Torah behind their backs. And they slew Your prophets who had warned them, to bring them back to Yourself. And they worked great blasphemies.
[27]  “Therefore You gave them into the hand of their enemies, who distressed them. And in the time of their distress, when they cried to You, You heard from the heavens. And according to Your great compassion You gave them saviours who saved them from the hand of their enemies.
[28]  “But after they had rest, they turned back to do evil before You. Then You left them in the hand of their enemies, so that they ruled over them. But when they turned back and cried out to You, You heard from the heavens, and delivered them according to Your compassion, many times,
[29]  and warned them, to bring them back to Your Torah. But they acted proudly, and did not obey Your commands, and sinned against Your right-rulings, ‘which if a man does, he shall live1 by them.’ And they gave the rebellious shoulder and hardened their necks, and would not hear. Footnote: 1Lev. 18:5, Mt. 19:17, Lk. 10:28 & John 12:50.
[30]  “And You had patience with them for many years, and did warn them by Your Spirit, by the hand of Your prophets, yet they would not give ear. Therefore You gave them into the hand of the peoples of the lands.
[31]  “But in Your great compassion You did not make an end of them nor forsake them, for You are an Ěl of favour and compassion.
[32]  “And now, our Elohim, the great, the mighty, and awesome Ěl, guarding the covenant and the kindness, let not all the trouble that has come upon us, our sovereigns and our heads, our priests and our prophets, our fathers and on all Your people, from the days of the sovereigns of Ashshur until this day, seem little before You.
[33]  “And in all that has come upon us You are righteous, for You have done truth, but we have done wrong.
[34]  “And our sovereigns, our rulers, our priests, and our fathers, have not done Your Torah, nor heeded Your commands and Your witnesses, with which You witnessed against them.
[35]  “For they have not served You in their reign, or in Your great goodness that You gave them, or in the large and rich land which You set before them – neither turned back from their evil deeds.
[36]  “See, we are servants today! And the land that You gave to our fathers, to eat its fruit and the good of it, see, we are servants in it!
[37]  “And its rich yield goes to the sovereigns You have set over us, because of our sins. And they rule over our bodies and our livestock at their pleasure, and we are in great distress.
[38]  “And because of all this, we are making a trustworthy pledge, and write it. And our rulers, our Lĕwites, our priests set their seal on it.”

Vanweë Julle Ongeregtighede | Because Of Your Iniquities

Isaiah 43:1-28
[1]  But now, thus said יהוה, your Creator, O Yaʽaqoḇ, and He who formed you, O Yisra’ĕl, “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you. I have called you by your name, you are Mine.
[2]  “When you pass through the waters, I am with you; and through rivers, they do not overflow you. When you walk through fire, you are not scorched, and a flame does not burn you.
[3]  “For I am יהוה your Elohim, the Set-apart One of Yisra’ĕl, your Saviour; I gave Mitsrayim for your ransom, Kush and Seḇa in your place.
[4]  “Since you were precious in My eyes, you have been esteemed, and I have loved you. And I give men in your place, and peoples for your life.
[5]  “Do not fear, for I am with you. I shall bring your seed from the east, and gather you from the west.
[6]  “I shall say to the north, ‘Give them up!’ And to the south, ‘Do not keep them back!’ Bring My sons from afar, and My daughters from the ends of the earth –
[7]  all those who are called by My Name, whom I have created, formed, even made for My esteem.”
[8]  He shall bring out a blind people who have eyes, and deaf ones who have ears.
[9]  All the nations shall be assembled, and the peoples be gathered. Who among them declares this, and show us former events? Let them give their witnesses, to be declared right; or let them hear and say, “It is truth.”
[10]  “You are My witnesses,” declares יהוה, “And My servant whom I have chosen, so that you know and believe Me, and understand that I am He. Before Me there was no Ěl formed, nor after Me there is none.
[11]  “I, I am יהוה, and besides Me there is no saviour.
[12]  “I, I have declared and saved, and made known, and there was no foreign mighty one among you. And you are My witnesses,” declares יהוה, “that I am Ěl.
[13]  “Even from the day I am He, and no one delivers out of My hand. I work, and who turns it back?”
[14]  Thus said יהוה, your Redeemer, the Set-apart One of Yisra’ĕl, “For your sake I shall send to Baḇel, and bring them all down as fugitives, even the Chaldeans, who rejoice in their ships.
[15]  “I am יהוה, your Set-apart One, Creator of Yisra’ĕl, your Sovereign.”
[16]  Thus said יהוה, who makes a way in the sea and a path through the mighty waters,
[17]  who brings forth the chariot and horse, the army and the power (they lie down together, they do not rise, they have been extinguished, they have been quenched like a wick):
[18]  “Do not remember the former events, nor consider the events of old.
[19]  “See, I am doing what is new, let it now spring forth. Do you not know it? I am even making a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
[20]  “The beast of the field esteems Me, the jackals and the ostriches, because I have given waters in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to My people, My chosen,
[21]  this people I have formed for Myself, let them relate My praise.
[22]  “But you have not called on Me, O Yaʽaqoḇ, for you have been weary of Me, O Yisra’ĕl.
[23]  “You have not brought Me the sheep for your burnt offerings, nor have you esteemed Me with your slaughterings. I have not caused you to serve with grain offerings, nor wearied you with incense.
[24]  “You have not bought Me sweet cane with silver, nor have you satisfied Me with the fat of your slaughterings. You have only burdened Me with your sins, you have wearied Me with your crookednesses.
[25]  “I, I am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake, and remember your sins no more.
[26]  “Remind Me, let us enter into judgment, together; relate, that you might be declared right.
[27]  “Your first father sinned, and your interpreters have transgressed against Me.
[28]  “So I have profaned the chief ones of the set-apart place, and I have delivered up Yaʽaqoḇ to the curse, and Yisra’ĕl to scorn.

Jeremiah 43:1-13
[1]  And it came to be, when Yirmeyahu had ended speaking all these words to all the people – all the words of יהוה their Elohim, for which יהוה their Elohim had sent him to them –
[2]  that Azaryah son of Hoshayah, and Yoḥanan son of Qarĕaḥ, and all the proud men spoke, saying to Yirmeyahu, “You are speaking a lie! יהוה our Elohim has not sent you to say, ‘Do not go to Mitsrayim to sojourn there.’
[3]  “For Baruḵ son of Nĕriyah is moving you against us, to give us into the hand of the Chaldeans, to put us to death or exile us to Baḇel.”
[4]  So Yoḥanan son of Qarĕaḥ, and all the commanders of the army, and all the people disobeyed the voice of יהוה, to stay in the land of Yehuḏah.
[5]  And Yoḥanan son of Qarĕaḥ and all the commanders of the army took all the remnant of Yehuḏah who had returned to dwell in the land of Yehuḏah, from all nations where they had been driven –
[6]  the men, and the women, and the children, and the sovereign’s daughters, and every being whom Neḇuzaraḏan, chief of the guard, had left with Geḏalyahu son of Aḥiqam, son of Shaphan, and Yirmeyahu the prophet, and Baruḵ son of Nĕriyahu.
[7]  So they went to the land of Mitsrayim, for they disobeyed the voice of יהוה. And they went as far as Taḥpanḥes.
[8]  And the word of יהוה came to Yirmeyahu in Taḥpanḥes, saying,
[9]  “Take large stones in your hand, and you shall hide them before the eyes of the men of Yehuḏah, in the clay in the brick courtyard which is at the entrance to Pharaoh’s house in Taḥpanḥes.
[10]  “Then you shall say to them, ‘Thus said יהוה of hosts, the Elohim of Yisra’ĕl, “See, I am sending, and I shall bring Neḇuḵaḏretstsar the sovereign of Baḇel, My servant. And I shall set his throne above these stones that I have hidden. And he shall spread his canopy over them.
[11]  “And he shall come and smite the land of Mitsrayim, bringing death to those appointed for death, and captivity to those for captivity, and the sword to those for the sword.
[12]  “And he shall set fire to the houses of the mighty ones of Mitsrayim. And he shall burn them and take them captive. And he shall cover himself with the land of Mitsrayim, as a shepherd puts on his garment, and he shall go out from there in peace.
[13]  “And he shall break the stone pillars of the House of the Sun which are in the land of Mitsrayim, and he shall burn the houses of the mighty ones of the Mitsrites with fire.” ’ ”

Die Orde Van Melgisédek | The Order Of Melchizedek

Psalms 110:1-7
[1]  יהוה said to my Master, “Sit at My right hand, Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.”
[2]  יהוה sends Your mighty sceptre out of Tsiyon. Rule in the midst of Your enemies!
[3]  Your people volunteer in the day of Your might, In the splendours of set-apartness! From the womb, from the morning, You have the dew of Your youth!
[4]  יהוה has sworn and does not relent, “You are a priest forever According to the order of Malkitseḏeq.”
[5]  יהוה at Your right hand Shall smite sovereigns in the day of His wrath.
[6]  He judges among the nations, He shall fill the nations with dead bodies, He shall crush the Head over the mighty earth!
[7]  He drinks of the stream by the wayside, Therefore He does lift up the head!

Psalms 78:1-72
[1]  My people, give ear to my Torah1, Incline your ears to the words of my mouth. Footnote: 1In vv. 1-11 the words “teaching, words, witness, commands, covenant,” are used interchangeably, as parallels, almost synonymously. We find the same in Ps. 119.
[2]  I open my mouth in a parable; I utter riddles of old,
[3]  Which we have heard and known, For our fathers have related them to us.
[4]  We do not hide them from their children, Relating to the generation to come the praises of יהוה, And His strength and His wonders which He has done.
[5]  For He raised a witness in Yaʽaqoḇ, And set a Torah in Yisra’ĕl, Which He commanded our fathers, To teach them to their children;
[6]  That it might be known to a generation to come, To children who would be born, To rise up and relate them to their children,
[7]  And place their trust in Elohim, And not forget the works of Ěl, But watch over His commands,
[8]  And not be like their fathers, A stubborn and rebellious generation, A generation which did not prepare its heart, Whose spirit was not steadfast to Ěl.
[9]  The children of Ephrayim, armed bowmen, Turned back in the day of battle.
[10]  They did not guard the covenant of Elohim, And they refused to walk in His Torah,
[11]  And they forgot His deeds And His wonders which He had shown them.
[12]  He did wonders in the sight of their fathers, In the land of Mitsrayim, in the field of Tsoʽan.
[13]  He split the sea and caused them to pass through, And He made the waters stand up like a heap,
[14]  And led them with the cloud by day, And all the night with a light of fire.
[15]  He split the rocks in the wilderness, And made them drink, as from the great depths,
[16]  And brought forth streams from the rock, And caused waters to come down as rivers.
[17]  Yet they sinned still more against Him To rebel against the Most High in the desert.
[18]  And they tried Ěl in their heart By asking food according to their desire.
[19]  And they spoke against Elohim. They said, “Is Ěl able to set a table in the wilderness?
[20]  “Look, He struck the rock, So that the waters gushed out, And the streams overflowed. Is He able to give bread also? Would He provide meat for His people?”
[21]  Therefore יהוה heard, and He was wroth; So a fire was kindled against Yaʽaqoḇ, And displeasure also came up against Yisra’ĕl,
[22]  Because they did not believe in Elohim, Neither did they trust in His deliverance.
[23]  Yet He had commanded the clouds above, And opened the doors of the heavens,
[24]  And He rained down manna on them to eat, And He gave them the grain of the heavens.
[25]  Men ate bread of the mighty; He sent them provisions to satisfaction.
[26]  He made an east wind blow in the heavens; And by His power He brought in the south wind.
[27]  And He rained meat on them like the dust, And winged birds like the sand of the seas,
[28]  And let them fall in the midst of His camp, All around His Dwelling Place.
[29]  So they ate and were completely satisfied, For He brought them what they desired.
[30]  They had not turned away from their desire, Their food was still in their mouths,
[31]  When the wrath of Elohim came against them, And He slew among their fat ones, And He struck down the choice ones of Yisra’ĕl.
[32]  In spite of all this they still sinned, And did not believe in His wonders.
[33]  So He ended their days in a breath, And their years in trouble.
[34]  When He slew them, then they sought Him, And they returned and did earnestly seek Ěl.
[35]  And they remembered that Elohim was their rock, And the Most High Ěl their redeemer.
[36]  But they flattered Him with their mouth, And they lied to Him with their tongue,
[37]  For their heart was not steadfast with Him, And they were not true to His covenant.
[38]  But He, the Compassionate One, Pardoned crookedness, And did not destroy them. And many a time He turned His displeasure away, And did not stir up all His wrath.
[39]  For He remembered that they were but flesh, A passing breath that does not return.
[40]  How often they rebelled against Him in the wilderness, And grieved Him in the desert!
[41]  And again and again they tried Ěl, And provoked the Set-apart One of Yisra’ĕl.
[42]  They did not remember His hand, The day when He redeemed them from the adversary,
[43]  How He worked His signs in Mitsrayim, And His wonders in the field of Tsoʽan.
[44]  He turned their rivers into blood, And they could not drink their streams.
[45]  He sent among them swarms of flies which devoured them, And frogs which destroyed them,
[46]  And gave their crops to the caterpillar, And their labour to the locust.
[47]  He destroyed their vines with hail, And their sycamore trees with frost,
[48]  And gave their beasts over to the hail, And their livestock to bolts of fire.
[49]  He sent on them the burning of His displeasure, Wrath, and rage, and distress, A deputation of messengers of evils.
[50]  He made a path for His displeasure; He did not spare their being from death, But gave their life over to the plague.
[51]  And He smote all the first-born in Mitsrayim, The first-fruits of strength in the tents of Ḥam,
[52]  Then made His own people go forth like sheep, And led them in the wilderness like a flock.
[53]  And He led them on safely, And they did not fear, But the sea covered their enemies.
[54]  And He brought them to the border of His set-apart place, This mountain which His right hand had gained,
[55]  And drove out nations before them, And allotted them a measured inheritance, And made the tribes of Yisra’ĕl dwell in their tents.
[56]  Yet they tried and rebelled Against the Most High Elohim, And did not guard His witnesses,
[57]  But they turned back And acted treacherously like their fathers; They twisted like a treacherous bow.
[58]  For they enraged Him with their high places, And moved Him to jealousy with their carved images.
[59]  When Elohim heard this, He was wroth, And greatly despised Yisra’ĕl,
[60]  And He left the Dwelling Place of Shiloh, The Tent which He had set up among men.
[61]  And He gave His strength1 into captivity, And His comeliness1 into the hand of the adversary. Footnote: 1“Strength” and “comeliness” are used as symbolic names for His Ark. See also Ps. 63:2, Ps. 132:8, and 2 Chr. 6:41.
[62]  And He gave His people over to the sword, And He was wroth with His inheritance.
[63]  His young men were consumed by fire, And His maidens were not praised.
[64]  His priests fell by the sword, And their widows could not weep.
[65]  Then יהוה awoke as one asleep, As a mighty man who shouts because of wine.
[66]  And He smote His adversaries backward, He put them to an everlasting reproach.
[67]  Then He rejected the tent of Yosĕph, And did not choose the tribe of Ephrayim,
[68]  But chose the tribe of Yehuḏah, Mount Tsiyon, which He loved.
[69]  And He built His set-apart place like the heights, Like the earth He founded it forever.
[70]  And He chose Dawiḏ His servant, And took him from the sheepfolds;
[71]  He brought him in from tending the ewes, To shepherd Yaʽaqoḇ His people, And Yisra’ĕl His inheritance.
[72]  And he shepherded them According to the integrity of his heart, And led them by the skill of his hands.

Die Trooster | The Comforter

Jesaja 61:1-11
[1]  Die Gees van Jahweh Eloah is op My, omdat Jahweh Eloah My gesalf het om ‘n blye boodskap te bring aan die ootmoediges; Hy het My gestuur om te verbind die gebrokenes van hart, om vir die gevangenes ‘n vrylating uit te roep en vir die geboeides opening van die gevangenis;
[2]  om uit te roep ‘n jaar van die welbehae van Jahweh en ‘n dag van die wraak van onse Eloah; om al die treurendes te troos;

Isaiah 61:1-11
[1] The Spirit of the Master יהוה is upon Me, because יהוה has anointed Me to bring good news to the meek. He has sent Me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim release to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are
bound,
[2] to proclaim the acceptable year of יהוה, and the day of vengeance of our Elohim, to comfort all who mourn,
[3] to appoint unto those who mourn in Tsiyon: to give them embellishment for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. And they shall be called trees of righteousness, a planting of יהוה, to be adorned.
[4] And they shall rebuild the old ruins, raise up the former wastes. And they shall restore the ruined cities, the wastes of many generations.
[5] And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of the foreigner be your ploughmen and your vinedressers.
[6] But you shall be called, ‘Priests of יהוה,’ ‘Servants of our Elohim’ shall be said of you. You shall consume the strength of the gentiles, and boast in their esteem.
[7] Instead of your shame and reproach, they rejoice a second time in their portion. Therefore they take possession a second time in their land, everlasting joy is theirs.
[8] “For I, יהוה, love right-ruling; I hate robbery for burnt offering. And I shall give their reward in truth, and make an everlasting covenant with them.
[9] “And their seed shall be known among the gentiles, and their offspring in the midst of the peoples. All who see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed יהוה has blessed.”
[10] I greatly rejoice in יהוה, my being exults in my Elohim. For He has put garments of deliverance on me, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
[11] For as the earth brings forth its bud, as the garden causes the seed to shoot up, so the Master יהוה causes righteousness and praise to shoot up before all the nations!

Message from the Almighty

just received this from Yahweh to put forth to you all:

Jeremiah 1:4-19
[4] Now the word of יהוה came to me, saying,
[5] “Before I formed you in the belly I knew you, and before you came out of the womb I did set you apart – I appointed you a prophet to nations.”
[6] And said I, “Ah, Master יהוה! See, I do not know how to speak, for I am a youth.”
[7] And יהוה said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am a youth,’ but go to all to whom I send you, and speak whatever I command you.
[8] “Do not fear their faces, for I am with you to deliver you,” declares
[9] Then יהוה put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and יהוה said to me, “See, I have put My words in your mouth.
[10] “See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the reigns, to root out and to pull down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.”
[11] And the word of יהוה came to me, saying, “What do you see, Yirmeyahu?” And I said, “I see a branch of an almond tree.”
[12] And יהוה said to me, “You have seen well, for I am watching over My word to do it.”
[13] And the word of יהוה came to me a second time, saying, “What do you see?” And I said, “I see a boiling pot, and it is facing away from the north.”
[14] And יהוה said to me, “Out of the north evil is set loose on all the inhabitants of the land.
[15] “For look, I am calling all the clans of the reigns of the north,” declares יהוה. “And they shall come and each one set his throne at the entrance of the gates of Yerushalayim, against all its walls all around, and against all the cities of Yehuḏah.
[16] “And I shall pronounce My judgments against them concerning all their evil, because they have forsaken Me, burned incense to other mighty ones, and bowed themselves to the works of their own hands.
[17] “Now, gird up your loins and arise, and speak to them all that I command you. Do not break down before their faces, lest I break you before them.
[18] “For look, I have made you this day a walled city and an iron column, and bronze walls against all the land, against the sovereigns of Yehuḏah, against her heads, against her priests, and against the people of the land.
[19] “And they shall fight against you, but not prevail against you. For I am with you,” declares יהוה, “to deliver you.”

Jeremiah 51:15-24
[15] He made the earth by His power, He established the world by His wisdom, and stretched out the heavens by His understanding.
[16] When He gives forth His voice the waters in the heavens roar, and He makes vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; He makes lightnings for the rain, and He brings the wind out of His treasuries.
[17] All mankind has become too brutish to know, every smith has been put to shame by the carved image, for his moulded image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them.
[18] They are worthless, a work of mockery. In the time of their punishment they perish.
[19] The Portion of Yaʽaqoḇ is not like them, for He is the Maker of all, and Yisra’ĕl is the tribe of His inheritance. יהוה of hosts is His Name.
[20] “You are My battle-axe, weapons of battle, and with you I shall break nations in pieces, and with you I shall destroy reigns.
[21] “And with you I shall break in pieces the horse and its rider, and with you I shall break in pieces the chariot and its rider.
[22] “And with you I shall break in pieces man and woman, and with you I shall break in pieces old and young, and with you I shall break in pieces the young man and the maiden.
[23] “And with you I shall break in pieces the shepherd and his flock, and with you I shall break in pieces the farmer and his yoke of oxen. And with you I shall break in pieces governors and rulers.
[24] “And I shall repay Baḇel and all the inhabitants of Chaldea for all the evil they have done in Tsiyon before your eyes,” declares
Vir die Afrikaanse mense: Jeremia 1:4-19 en Jeremia 51:15-24
Thank you Father, may theyknow Your Ways. Ahmein.

Regverdige Oordeel Kom Nader

Obadja 1

Hoe is Esau deursoek!
